Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Each potato and product is unique. While they might not look exactly the same, it will be the same product and modified with any customization that you would like. Our quality standard is simple "Would our mother be proud to receive this".

Where can I view my sales receipt?

If you created an account, you can view your order history in your account. Additionally, and if you order as a guest, you will receive it to the e-mail that was listed when the order was placed. 

How can I return an item?

At this point in time, we do not accept returns. However, if there is any issues, please let us know so we can do what we can to make it right. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We are never out of stock. Next question. 

Where can I ship my order?

At this point, we are only shipping in the United States, as we are using the USPS flat rate shipping for the highest quality and special handling of our valuable goodies.
